The second stage of the Cultivation Plan is designed to take rightly connected believers through a process of discovery, analysis, and pruning in order to become as spiritual healthy and effective as possible. The classes listed below can be taken sequentially.
- Cultivate
- As a body of believers we have set before ourselves the goal of "making disciples of Jesus Christ." This first class in the second stage is designed to teach believers how to help fulfill that goal of "making disciples" through personal discipleship and accountability with another believer. Participants will learn about the nature of discipleship, the necessity of growth, and the calling Christ has placed on us to invest in other believers.
- S.H.A.P.E.
- Discover how God has SHAPE'd you with Spiritual Gifts, a Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences in this empowering 6 week course. Uncover your specific Kingdom purpose and begin to chart a kingdom plan for your life as you discover you SHAPE and your purpose in Christ.
- The Truth Project
- Focus on the Family has launched an initiative to revolutionize the way believers approach their life, their family, and their world. The Truth Project is an in depth worldview study that challenges believers to compare and contrast what they say they believe with how they actually live their lives. This exciting and promising study will be offered twice in 2008 in an effort to involve as many members as possible in this life-changing course.
- Stepping Up: A Journey through the Psalms of Ascent - A Women's Study
- Join the Women's Ministry at NFWBC as they begin a Bible study by Beth Moore. Through an in-depth look at 15 Psalms, participants will learn how to pray, reflect, and write a personal rendition of these ancient choruses.
