Mission Opportunities

All life groups encourage members to become involved in hands-on mission activities. We carry missions through many stateside and international trips as we strive to accomplish the mandate of reaching our world for Christ. We host a monthly luncheon and informative missions forum for adults, and regularly teach children about the value of missions each week.

In recent years, North Fort Worth Baptist Church has developed partnerships in various locations such as Wales and India.

Contact Stephen Lowrie, stephenlowrie@northfortworth.com, to get involved.

Adults on Mission

Women and men are invited to attend a monthly luncheon and an informative missions forum on the first Thursday of the month at 10:00AM. The luncheon is a potluck, so bring your favorite dish and hear how the message of Christ is being shared around the world.

Children’s Mission Groups

Your kids can be involved in missions every Wednesday! We offer Mission Friends for kids ages 4-5 and Children In Action for girls and boys grades 1-6. Both groups meet from 6:45-8:15pm. Parents can attend Wednesday Bible Study while their children participate in missions.

Mission Offerings

Throughout the year, we provide members the opportunity to support the work of Southern Baptist missionaries in three ways:

  • Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions
  • Mary Hill David Offering for Texas State Missions
  • Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions
